*UPDATED!* NARS AUDACIOUS LIPSTICK

• wearing the lipstick by itself
• wearing it as a stain with a hint of lip balm

So i finally gave in to the new NARS Audacious lipstick hype. I must admit i was excited and overwhelmed at the amount of shades and the vivid colors. It's as if i was in lipstick heaven. There's just something about a good old Nars lipstick that keeps me wanting for more i mean i'm already head over heels in love with my Nars Schiap and Dolce vita lipsticks and i'm just so excited to finally get my hands on the audacious line. That day i was feeling a little experimental and since i don't own anything purple on the lipstick department i thought why not? You gotta live a little. There were three purple shades namely Angela, Silvia and Dominique.

First of all the new packaging is amazing, the tubes are so much bigger than their old lipsticks and i love the magnetic packaging which makes it easier to clean. The lipsticks were once again very pigmented and for some reason this line was more long lasting compared to the old one which is a plus.

The moment i tried angela on my lips i was completely amazed. I would never in a million years thought a purple lipstick would actually look good on me. It's not something that i would normally go head over heels in love with but i think it's about time i finally get a purple shade. I knew i just had to get it and so i did! It's perfect for the fall trend, you can just wear it with bold brows and a messy pony tail and you're good to go and i really think it's one of the wearable kinds of purples. I personally love wearing it as a stain and it suits my cool skin tone perfectly and it's perfect for fall. I do wish i had gotten another shade (vera)  just so i can alternate the two but i was rushing to catch my flight (bummer) so maybe next time. But so far i'm in love with angela, i don't have to wear it every single day which is perfectly fine with me since i don't want to over use it. So have you guys tried the Nars Audacious Lipstick line? Which shade is your favourite?

Top 6 Fall lip colors

Nothing gets me more excited than experimenting on lip colors especially when the ber-months are kicking in (Fall-Winter) because then i can have an excuse to wear some bold lip colors like some reds to berry and plum lip colors which i normally wouldn't wear on a regular basis but since it's fall (ber-months) i guess it's quite appropriate to wear bolder lip colors but it doesn't necessarily mean that you have to ditch your nudes and pinks, you can still wear them because those colors will never go out of style. So if you're feeling a bit more experimental and you wanna go with the trend then head to your nearest department store or drugstore and grab some of these gorgeous lip colors perfect for fall. With that said here are some of my top 5 picks for fall.

BE INSPIRED: October

Can we just stop and take a moment to let it all sink in. .it is finally October! I'm particularly excited about Halloween y'all, i mean don't we all? Okay maybe not but i'm just really obsessed with everything fall even though we will never experience it here in the Philippines. I just love seeing posts about fall fashion, pumpkin spice lattes, horror movies and all that good stuff. There's just something about fall that makes me feel at ease and it brings out the kid in me for some reason. Even when i was a kid i've always been excited about halloween just as much as christmas. But mainly i'm just looking forward to another month to just to be able to improve myself and learn more from people and looking forward to what life has in store for me. Every month is different but you can just take it as it is and try your best to do good and be happy and thankful that you're still here. No room for negativity whatsoever. So with that said here are some wise words to jumpstart your month :)

DECOR INSPIRATION: Kitchen

I've always dreamed of a white kitchen, there's just something about the color white that's very calming and it brings sort of like a relief in everything which explains why our room is white. It just really makes your personal space clean, classy and homey at the same time, i mean who wouldn't wanna come home to a very relaxing place,  i'm pretty sure everyone will agree with me on this one. And if you know me then you know i consider cooking very therapeutic so i would really want a clean kitchen. By the way, our room is slowly coming together which i'm very happy about but i don't think i can decorate our kitchen yet since it's not exactly big and you really can't play around with it because it has this boring grayish color but who know's one of these days we can fix it to our liking so for the meantime i'm gonna share some snippets of my favourite dream kitchen inspirations that i got on Pinterest.

Everyday nudes and pinks

I know i have been neglecting my blog, no excuses needed i was just feeling a little uninspired with everything in my life these past few days, but here i am again feeling all giddy, I finally have my mojo back! (Exciting times :D)

With that said i'm just gonna hop right in to the purpose of this blog post which is my top 5 favourite lip products for everyday use because let's be real people, you don't need to wear a bold lipstick every single day.

1. Nichido lip pencil (Rosette)
I've always loved how Kylie Jenner lines her thin lips and make it look like she had lip injections. As much as people like to bash every single celebrity who went under the knife and got their lips done or even celebrities who were born with the Angelina Jolie pout you can't deny the countless amounts of teenage girls to women in their mid 40's who try to achieve fuller lips. I am not againts surgeries or anything as i've said it's a matter of choice but if you are like me and if you opt for the safer and less painful way then a lip pencil is your new bestfriend. I'm thankful that i have full lips to begin with and what i do is i just line the outer part of my lips to enhace the shape then i always use a brownish pink lip liner to achieve the 90's lip trend. For those who have thin lips, you can line your lips starting on the outside along the  highlights of your lip and work your way down to your bottom lip until you achieve a much fuller lip. Another tip is to conceal the sides of your lip to emphasize the shape and don't forget to highlight the bottom part of your lip.

2. Revlon lipstick (Stormy pink)
On days where i just wanna wear some color but i don't want anything too bold or too plain then i always grab this lipstick. Although i'm not quite sure if this certain shade will suit any skin color i think you can play it up by mixing it with a mauvey lipstick to tone down the soft violet hint or you can just wear it as it is. This shade is actually a dupe for the Mac Pink Nouveau lipstick so if you prefer to go with the expensive one then go for Mac but honestly the Revlon one is also really good. If you don't wanna use up your Pink Nouveau lipstick then i suggest you get the dupe for everyday use.

3. Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain (honey douce)
This shade is so perfect for everyday use. I love that it's almost the shade of my lip color but a bit more opaque so it really enhances my lips and i love the fact that it's a balm so it doesn't dry out my lips and i also love that it has a slight mint to it so it to gives a cooling effect.

4. Everbilena lipstick (mauvey)
I've talked about this in my previous post and up to now i still find myself grabbing this whenever i just want a slight color on my lips and i sometimes use this as a base to mix with other lip colors. It is by far the cheapest lipstick i own and i just can't seem to let go of this.

5. NYX soft matte lip cream (Stockholm)
This is my current obsession. I couldn't picture myself buying a shade like this a year ago but now i'm just so into the whole nudish brown lip color and  that i wouldn't mind wearing it everyday. I just love how it's nude but it has a slight hint of pink which makes me rock a nude lip without looking like a sick person.

Product Review: Bench Organics (Moroccan Argan Oil)

After a few trips to the nearest Bench outlets in my city, i finally got my hands on the Bench Organics Moroccan Argan oil. To give you a brief understanding about the Moroccan argan oil and how it works here's a brief description. Argan oil is extracted from the fruits of the Argan tree, which are harvested from the lush forests of Southwestern Morocco. So basically this is not a pure Argan oil since it would be a bit pricier but it has Macadamia oil and Vitamin E which is good enough for me so i figured why not since i was running on a tight budget anyway and i needed some hair oil to revive my dry ends. You can use this on your hair, body and face. I tend to use it more on my hair every night and so far i'm loving it.

Pros:
•Very affordable for an Argan oil (P199)
•Very handy. Can fit in my clutch
•Moisturizes the skin and the hair
•I love that it does not spill on my bag like most hair oils tend to do even after closing the lid.

Cons:
•It's not a pure Argan oil that's why it's much cheaper than most Argan oils you can find at high-end department stores

Although i'm loving this product as of the moment, i'd still love to purchase a bottle of Pure Argan oil in the future. But for now this works for me. Have you tried this product?

September Lust List

Admit it, we all have those never ending lists of beauty products we've been dying to get our hands on but are so mind blowingly expensive. Although they are extremely pricey atleast you get what you pay for. These certain products are worth every penny, the type of products you won't regret buying. My biggest purchase as of the moment is my Nars lipstick and my Urban decay palettle. You can really tell by the quality of the product even if it's just a pink lisptick you can really tell by the color. I can't fully explain it but there's just something about high-end cosmetics that makes you want to buy more. It's not necessarily a good thing but it's not a bad thing. You get what i'm saying? :) With that said, here are some of my top 4 lust-worthy items for this month.

•Nars sheer glow foundation
•Charlotte Tilbury Magic cream
•Laura Mercier Almont coconut milk body cream
•Marc Jacobs O!mega Bronzer

Pin of the week: Makeup vanity area ideas

Here i go again pinning like a crazy woman. I just can't wait to start buying and painting furnitures for our room. We already have a new drawer for Dirk's stuff but we need to get two more items. We need an office desk and of course a makeup vanity. We already planned everything. I'm gonna be in charge in terms of the interior decor and all that stuff and within this year i hope i can finally show you the finished product. We already decided to go with the white themed furniture since we want our room to be clean. My makeup and craft stuff are all over the place and i just can't wait to get things done and put it all together.

Be inspired: week 6

I cannot believe it's already September, i mean i swear my birthday was just like a week ago. Time does fly by pretty fast that's why it's important for us to do what we want to do while we still can. Let's not waste our time dealing with pointless things and sitting around talking about other people, procastinating and being draped in misery. Life's too short for all that rubbish. And although most people would say it's easier said than done, i completely disagree with that. I think it's easier to focus on the positive if you just let go of the things that are holding you back. All those excess emotinal baggage, the hurt, the disappointment and all the negativity, they don't belong in your life. Period. So be brave enough to stand up for yourself and do what's best for you. Have a great week ahead! :)

August favourites

August is almost over and i know it's been a while since i last posted a monthly favourite so i thought i'd post a couple of my new and old faves. I'm still feeling a little groggy from our long drive. The trip to Siargao was beyond amazing, i can't even begin to explain everything. .it was just so magical. A blog post all about our Siargao trip will be posted in the following days. Let me just recharge and collect my thoughts because i'm seriously still on cloud nine as we speak. But before everything else, let's talk about my favourites before this month ends.

Herbal Essences hello hydration moisturizing conditioner (orchid & coconut milk)
-This is what i've been using during our Siargao trip and it really made my beach hair feel soft and let's not forget the smell. .i'm hooked!

Palmolive body wash (milk & honey)
I literally cannot skip this in my daily shower routine. Just try this and you'll know what i mean.

Pond's BB cream
I've been using this for almost a year now and i can honestly say that i've never touched my korean BB creams since then. I love that it's very light weight, it doesn't have any strong scent, it covers my blemishes and red spots perfectly and it blends well on the skin. I wear the lightest shade and it doesn't look too white on me, it's a bit darker on my skin tone which i really like. It even has SPF 30 and although it says whitening i haven't really noticed any whitening effect on my skin which is a plus for me since i'm not trying to whiten my face.

Maybelline great lash mascara
A cult favourite and a staple on my makeup bag. I normally don't go for the non water proof mascaras but this one is really nice. It's a lot easier to remove and it doesn't make me look like a panda like most non water proof mascaras.

Maybelline color tattoo 24hr gel cream eyeshadow (Bad to bronze)
I've searched high and low for this product. It wasn't available in the local department stores so i had to go online but for some reason i purchased a totally different product. Typical me. But i was really surprised to see this in one of the maybelline stalls in Robinson's butuan. I literally just went for it and stormed to the counter. I love that it's very pigmented and it doesn't crease. I'm definitely going back to check out the other shades.

English tea shop (cranberry vanilla delight)
I have to be honest, The taste takes a bit of getting used to but once it settles the more i find it calming. Everytime i drink a cup the more i sleep better. Plus it's organic and it has antioxidants which is good for you.

And that is all! :) have a great week ahead!

Indulge weekends: Davao's best burger (Backyard Burgers)

This is going to be my very first food review and i'm not really sure how i'm going to be doing this or how i'm going to begin but let me just put this out, i am not the biggest fan of burgers, the ONLY burger i really crave for is the Jollibee aloha burger mainly because it's huge and how can i miss out the bacon, the mushrooms and the humongous pineapple? Okay i'm gonna have to stop myself before i head to the nearest Jollibee. I know blogging about food is not a good idea when you're currently on your period but seriously, that is the only burger i can really eat and i don't even crave for it as often as some people do. But living in Davao city how can i miss the most talked about Backyard Burgers when it's literally just outside our village. A lot of people have been raving about it, it's all over my Facebook timeline and my Instagram feed so how can i not be curious? So is it really worth the hype?

Yesterday, Dirk and i decided to finally give in and try the famous Backyard Burgers. As you all know we have been eating healthy for quite some time now and we usually indulge on weekends. We haven't been indulging for the past couple of weeks because we just didn't really feel like eating out plus Dirk was super busy with work. But since it's shark week for me (if you know what i mean) and it's the last day of Kadayawan we decided to head to Backyard Burgers. We went to their Matina branch which was just right outside our village. I really like the whole vibe of the place. It seems to be an old house from the 80's  that has been renovated into an American Diner. I love the fact that we don't have to wait in line because the place wasn't packed, maybe because it was already 3pm and it was a Sunday.

There's just something about these kinds of lighting in restaurants and diners that makes me feel really relaxed and hungry. Mehehe! I don't know if i'm making any sense but whatever, you get the idea.

Dirk and i were starving at this point because the place smells so heavenly. The smell of grilled burgers makes me drool like a wild dog and i just can't wait to get my hands on those burgers.

Dirk ordered the Extra cheesy Burger

And i ordered the one with Bacon

The verdict?

O to the M to the GGG! Both were scrumptious and very satisfying i must admit. I think i finally found my new favorite and i'm pretty sure Dirk agrees with me. You can really tell that the patties are high quality beef, i don't know if that's the right term but the beef patty taste really good. Another plus about backyard burgers is their buns. They taste so good that i had to leave out the other bun for later so i can take my time and really indulge. Usually when i eat burgers from other restaurants their buns don't taste that good. I mean they just taste so plain and i don't really like that. this for me is the total package. I'm not entirely sure if this is the yummiest burger here in Davao, there may be more out there but so far to me this is the best. I'm looking forward to another cheat day so we can try out the other best sellers in their menu. For the out of towners out there, you cannot leave Davao without trying out Backyard Burgers. Do yourselves a favor and head to the nearest Backyard Burgers and indulge. Period.

My all-time favourites: Lips & eyes

I must admit i honestly prefer to go au naturel these days mainly because it's ridiculously humid here in the Philippines. I don't know what happened to me but i've just been really lazy in putting makeup on. I find myself dabbing a little concealer on my under eye circles and a little bit on the sides of my nose and mouth to cancel the redness and then i'll just put a nude or light pink lipstick on and i'm good to go. I even skip the powder because i don't want my face to feel heavy and cakey. Okay, i don't claim to have a perfect skin in fact i have blemishes and red spots on my face but i think wearing less makeup or no makeup at all helps get rid of my imperfections. My point? You don't always have to wear makeup every single day. i really wanna promote going bare faced once in a while just to let your skin breathe. I don't really care if i look like a zombie as long as i feel comfortable. But anyway, moving on with the post. On days when i feel a little experimental here are some of my favourite makeup products.

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette
I am not embarrassed to admit that this is the only High-end makeup palette i own right now. Mehehe! I lost my Urban decay feminine palette last year and i'm still pretty bummed about it. But the Naked 2 has every color you need, i stopped using this for a while because as i've said it's like a bajillion degrees outside but when certain occasions call for it this has always been my go-to palette. I sometimes mix this with my NYX eyeshadows or my Pinky swear single eyeshadows.

•Revlon just bitten kissble balm stain in Honey Douce
-this has been my favourite out of all the shades in the balm stain line. It has a suttle nudish pink color but it's not super nude. It's perfect for everyday. Plus, i really love the fact that it's very mosturizing on the lips and it also has a cooling effect.

•Ever Bilena matte lipstick in Mauvey
- My ultimate cheap thrill. This shade is perfect as a base or you can wear it as it is but for me, i really like using this as a base color and i just top it off with any pink lipstick for a suttle pink shade perfect for everyday.

Maybelline color sensational lip color in Plum Perfect
- At first i didn't really like the color because i was expecting it to be a bit darker considering it's a plum shade but for some reason it appeared to be a pink champagney and a little frosty which i'm not too excited about but i still gave it a try and i ended up really liking it. It's perfect for November and December.

•Revlon Colorburst lipgloss in Crystal Lilac
- i bought this mainly because it reminded me of my old favourite Mac lipglass in the shade Oyster girl but this has more pink in it. I really like the packaging and the fact that it's not sticky. I usually wear this on top of the Mauvey lipstick.

Be inspired: week 5

Another sunday well spent. I'm down to my 5th week of my inspiration posts and i don't think i'll be stopping anytime soon. Here are a few quotes i've been drawn to lately. Anyway piranha or shark week is currently happening (if you know what i mean). I've been PMS-ing like crazy woman, i feel so emotional and super stressed out. I don't know how it is but i think the more i age the more i can't control these hormones. I know i should get used to this because it is monthly you know. But nope, It gets worse. Raise your hands if you feel me. Moving on, when it's shark week for me i usually get haunted by bad experiences in the past or i get really sensitive with a lot of things. I cry so easily that i feel like a pregnant woman on crack. Because i get haunted by the past i'll get on with the purpose of this post before i make this long and dramatic. We all have had bad experiences in our lives. We can't change that. All we have to do is accept it and move on with our lives. But it doesn't just stop there, we also need to be better and the first step is to forgive others and forgive ourselves. I know it's extremely hard to forgive others but that's why you need to forgive yourself first. In forgiving yourself you will actually be happier and eventually you'll learn to forgive but of course it'll take some time but at least you are being open to the idea of forgiving. You must NEVER skip this part. This may take months, even years but it will all be worth it once you get through it.   So the next step is being happier. This means learning to love yourself and discovering your strengths. Don't be afraid to set goals, nothing is impossible just as long as these goals will not harm you or anyone and most importantly pray. Life is unfair sometimes but all you have to do is be strong and learn to dance in the rain. Just as long as you are not doing anything wrong then you'll be fine. Just believe and count your blessings. I hope you all had a great weekend! :))

Healthy Pantry Essentials

 photo image_zps5143fb99.jpg
Hey loves! I know i haven't been posting a lot lately mainly because this week has been chaotic for Dirk and i and as you all know when things are chaotic there's just not much fun going on but i will be posting exciting things next week and the following weeks to come so stay tuned for that. We are gonna be out of town next week for Dirk's work and then we're gonna be heading to the beach for the weekend so i'm super excited for that. I can't wait to get tanned because i really need some color in me! My skin has been so pale, it's ridiculous. But before everything else i thought i might share some of my healthy pantry essentials. As you all know i have been living a healthier lifestyle and i'm proud to say that i've never felt healthier and happier in my life. Being healthy doesn't mean you have to starve yourself, it's all about how you take care of yourself. What you eat and how you see life. I've just been eating a lot healthier for the past couple of months and let me tell you, it has been an incredible journey and i plan to do this for the rest of my life. Although i eat a lot healthier i also have days when i get to indulge, but i only have cheat treats strictly on weekends where i can eat a burger or have my favorite cheesecake and that's just it. So before i start rambling let's get on with the purpose of this post. Here are some of my pantry essentials:

1. Organic coconut sugar
- this has been my choice of sweetener ever since i started to eat healthier. I usually get mine at our local Pasalubong center here in Davao city but i' m pretty sure you can get this anywhere.

2. Rolled oats
- i am not a breakfast person. i can't eat rice in the morning because my stomach just can't handle it and don't get me started with Dairy products because it'll not sound good but i've been enjoying oats lately especially rolled oats and i'm gonna be posting a healthy breakfast recipe soon :) you can buy rolled oats at any Robinson's or Rustan's fresh groceries.

3. Coconut water
- coconut water is everything! i am so lucky i live in a tropical country where coconuts are everywhere. I try to avoid the packed ones you usually get at the groceries but if you don't have coconuts at your town then just head to the grocery.  I usually drink them and eat the coconut meat. sometimes i add coconut water to my smoothies.

4. Organic virgin coconut oil
- i use coconut oil for a lot of things, i use is at a moisturizer, a makeup remover, an eye cream ,  i use it for my salads, for cooking, to treat sunburn or chapped lips. It's everything! And it'll save you a lot of money, plus it's 100% natural. Make sure to buy the unrefined one.

5. Almond milk
- i mainly use this as a creamer for my coffee, sometimes i add it on my hot tea, smoothies, oats, or as an ingredient for my vegan pancakes. I usually buy the almond breeze brand and i really like the vanilla and the chocolate flavor. This is lactose free and soy free. I get mine at Healthy Options.

6. Cinnamon powder
- i can't believe i'm actually including this since i grew up hating the taste and smell of cinnamon. I used to really hate anything that has cinnamon in it, but it all changed last year. I don't know how it happened but i am so thankful! I use this for my breakfast oatmeals and sometimes i add some to my smoothies and i love the fact that it taste and smells like christmas :)

7. Organic honey
one of my favourite sweeteners. I like to drizzle a little bit to my breakfast oats (or maybe a lot!) and i use this as a key ingredient for my face mask.

And that's pretty much it! I hope i gave you guys some ideas if you are planning to build your healthy pantry because i'm still in the process of building mine and i'd love to post more about this in the future :)

DIY: Easy Turban headband (no sew)

Okay, so i took a leap and did a little something-something for my ladies today. This is going to be my very first DIY post and i'm actually nervous and ecstatic at the same time so i hope this will be helpful for you :)

What you'll need:
•Old over-sized t-shirt or any stretchable cloth (patterns, prints, go crazy!)
•Scissors
•Ruler

Step 1:
First, remove the hem by cutting it. Then cut an 8 inch piece out of your shirt.

Step 2:
Pull the 8 inch piece in opposite sides until the edges will curl.

Step 3:
Twist it into a figure two times

Step 4:
Fold it in half

Step 5:
Turn knot side to the front then voila!

•I actually did the sewn version and i find it more presentable and less messy so i'm gonna do a separate post on that. But if you just wanna have an easy on-the-go turban then this will do. You can also make smaller ones for babies :)

Be inspired: week 4

I can't believe i've been blogging for 4 weeks now! If you know me i'm very fickle minded and i probably own like 10 blogs that i haven't even updated in a very long time. It's not that i don't want to blog but i'm just too lazy before but it all changed last month. I promised myself to make this a daily blog and i'm trying my best to update every now and then. Well. .more like every single day. Ha! What can i say? I'm hooked. And it's not even about how many followers or views i get, i don't even care if people will read my posts. I just love doing this and i love sharing my insights. Plus, i find blogging very therapeutic. With that said, i will leave you with some quotes i found on my Pinterest to hopefully inspire you.

Weekend look: never ending summer weather

As we all know it's always been insanely humid here in the Philippines especially nowayads the weather has been in its bipolar state so it's quite fitting to still wear summery outfits. But trust me you guys have no idea how hot it can get here. It's ridiculous. So with that said i tinkered with my Polyvore account again and i started to come up with new looks and the first look is this weekend outfit idea. I know it's not summer anymore but here in the Philippines you get to wear summer outfits every month without looking like a fool. That's one of the perks on being in a tropical country. I don't really like it because i hate humidity but it's not like i can do anything about it. So i'm just gonna have to chug on ice water and turn the AC on full-blast. 😊

Friday favorites

TGIF! Happy friday loves! I'm sorry i haven't been posting any reviews lately. We've been out of town for 4 days and i just got back. But i promise to be posting exciting stuff this month and i can't wait to share everything! This month you'll be expecting more reviews and maybe a couple of healthy recipe posts. We'll see. I'm really excited for the plans i've been cooking up for this blog and i don't wanna spoil everything since i'm trying my best to make this daily. But first, i'm going to share my favorites for this week.

•Instpiration (Instagram)

This gorgeous brithish-chinese girl is my current favorite on Instagram. Go check out her Instagram! She also has a food blog just check the link on her Instagam.

I've been a fan of Kendra since last month. I'm just so happy i stumbled upon her account. Her product reviews are always precise and on-point, her fashion sense is simple and edgy and i love how she talks about eating healthy. She also has a Youtube channel and a blog. Go check out her Instagram.

Annie's outfit posts are always so girly and chic. I love how she edits her photos and i never fail to check out her Instagram whenever i can. Mehehe! Not being a stalker here i just love looking at bloggers' instagram accounts. Go check out her Instagram for the link to her blog.

•Song of the week

I just can't seem to get this song out of my head and i've been playing this while getting ready or while i'm cleaning my room.

Be inspired: Week 3

This week's inspiration board is all about being optimistic. I've been super inspired lately that i had to share my thoughts on making things happen. I know i'm not there yet but if i just keep on pursuing then sooner or later i can honestly say i've reached my goal. But of course that wouldn't be easy if you keep focusing on the negative. I've always been a pessimist growing up maybe because i had a very low self-esteem but as i grew older i came to realize that nothing good will ever happen to you if you just keep dwelling on the negative. How will you ever move forward if you keep on doubting yourself? Whether if it's about pursuing your dreams or maybe a carrier move you just have to take a leap of faith and trust God with every decision you make and of course you also have to trust yourself because no one will ever know you better than yourself. It will not be an easy journey. There will be failures but these failures are going to make you a better and stronger person.

Easy like sunday morning

Earlier this morning, Dirk and i decided to head to the trade fair and farmers market since we really haven't been spending much time this week because he was busy with work so we decided to just go to the fair instead of watching a movie. Sometimes as much as we want to chill at the mall or hang out in restaurants it's also nice to just be able to spend sundays grocery shopping or going to the farmers market where we don't have to dress up or anything.

Here are some snippets from our little trip to the sunday market earlier:
